At this level of Usui Reiki we introduce .....
the first three symbols,
the first three mantras.....
Carry on working deeper with the precepts
Meditation techniques
Mindfulness techniques
Reiju's each time we meet
 

 Reiki Refresher
Practising/brushing up exercises,breathing techniques and pair work.
This course is for anyone with a Reiki Certificate and covers all levels.

Please feel free to bring your Reiki Table with you.
On the day you will receive a Reiju & Certificate.

Learn techniques to bring balance to your body,mind and soul.

Exercises for living in the now,bringing an awareness to our daily lives.

Please wear lose fitting/comfortable clothing.As temperatures can drop during exercises/meditation please also bring bottled water and a jumper/blanket.
