With extensive experience in teaching services of the last 6 and half years and Delivering Health & Well-being Online and face to face Courses Promoting Health and well being, Confidence, Skills for life and social skills under Tailored learning, Teaching in a Holistic style .

I design my own course material within the guidelines of OfSted and include Blooms taxonomy, RARPA, British Values, Embedding English , Maths , IT, Diversity & Inclusion.

Over the past year I have extensively explored the Microsoft system, completing their online Learning. This has led me to redesign my courses through Inspire. I now use Sway slides instead of PDF slides. With a green background for dyslexia.My handouts are booklet form and relate to the sway. I work with PowerPoint designer to create slides to work alongside my Guided Meditations. Using Stream to record videos/ guided meditations with the background being PowerPoint with transitions, creating a visual experience/storyboard experience also.

I Love working with AI and am passionate about moving the Company image forward using technology. Being part of the Class of 2030.

I have Completed an 18 Month Leadership,Management and Development Programme which incorporated a Mentorship with a senior manager Via Inspire Learning.

I now use Teams folders with my Learners enabling them to complete the sway slide, powerpoints and Stream guided meditations again over the week for homework purposes. Using a separate tab for you tube video links. I have guided learners how to use the Reflect tab to complete Microsoft meditations and breathing techniques.

I have also been accepted as Microsoft Innovative education expert certificate 24/25.
