Usui Eastern & Western

As I trained in usui Reiki from the Eastern tradition for 5 years... I have been intrigued with what is taught on the western tradition.

I have completed the online learning from america for Reiki shiki ryoho levels 1,2 and 3 diplomas.

As I teach traditional Reiki it was an interesting experience to see the differences in teaching styles and both course content.

I now have Reiki manuals from the western side.. Which incorporate chakra work, crystal work and herbal work... As a pose to meditation, mindfulness and looking after your own energy system.

This will help to relate when students /learners come from the western side and join the Eastern side.
