well, as we stop for even 5 minutes when all around us is going crazy,our energy comes back to us instead of our energy mixing with colleagues stress levels.

Switch off...get your calm back.

On break times (If possible) go for a walk outside....be alone....get away from the crazy high pressure energy.

Once you do this you will feel better within yourself...handle tasks easier...and others will notice your calm positive approach.

Nothing is so urgent that it has to be done yesterday!
