Reiki Precepts


In Reiki Level 1 Shoden we start working with the precepts...

Just for Today (We do not live in the past and we do not live in the future....Be Mindful of where you are)

Do Not Worry (Overthinking can create worry,which keeps us busy in our thoughts/mind and we lose focus of today.Keep focused on what matters and let go of what does not)

Do Not Anger (This lowers our vibration. Why are we feeling anger? Own your own energy by working on the precepts and daily exercises within the system of Reiki)

Be Compassionate to Yourself and Others (Looking after your own energy first,then others later.If you are not able to be in a state of meditation during Reiki,please work on the precepts and daily exercises...Are you getting the picture?)

Be Honest (Working with Reiki as an integrated system allows us to be more focused on our true self)

Be Grateful (Gratitude is the best way to shift our vibration into the highest vibration....Create a gratitude list for 21 days and note down how this has had an effect on your life and thoughts)

This is why completing Reiki Level 1 Shoden again or a Reiki Refresher Course can be beneficial to our Reiki Path.

We very often learn one level and then become so focused on the next,some details we forget......only to refresh our minds with the Aha! Moment.

Re-Read and Repeat the work in the Reiki Manuals......

Remember Practice...Practice...Practice!
