Reiki for everyone

When I get frequently asked who is Reiki for? and what does Reiki help with? I say everyone and anything.

Lots of practitioners focus on one specific area, which is also correct in their approach to healing.Reiki practitoners and energy workers throughout the land are all working for the same goal....To help people overcome a block or illness in their lives.Finding the right practitioner for you can seem daunting in itself....my advice...Trust your instinct. You will know when you find the right practitioner for you.

Due to my Spiritual beliefs I believe if I give focus to just one specific group of people.I am then placing a block around other people.Which - for me - takes away the whole concept of Reiki.

Reiki is a Holistic approach.Holistic meaning "Whole".Rei - Ki meaning Universal Energy.

Mikao Usui believed that most of the healing which occurs can be treated around the head area.Even though practitioners and masters alike treat the whole of the body.

Why would he say such a thing?

Because the human brain is what controls the pains and emotions we encounter throughout our lives. For healing to take place we treat both the head and the area which causes any discomfort.

This lifts our vibration above the focus of why treatment is being given in the first place. As the energy lifts higher, higher(Positive) frequencies vibrate over the lower vibrations(Negativity). As this takes place this is where the "Healing" takes place.

Reiki can help:-

Sports mentality & fitness

Injury/Aches & pains

Depression/Any mental complaints

Pregnancy

Children/Teenagers

Adults/Elderly

Increase energy

Circulation problems

Relaxation

Spiritual Development

Worklife

Homelife

Relationships

Past trauma

To name but a few....

Any treatment session works with you.Whatever you have in mind, please be open during the Reiki session....as the energy could also help other area's of your life....Like I say...Holistic meaning "Whole".
