Astral Projection

My attention tonight has brought me to the subject of astral projection,astral travel,out of body experience......

It got me thinking,maybe there are lots of you out there experiencing this but keeping quiet,not knowing what it was or what is happening...so here goes...

I will elaborate using my own experience.....and I've had quite a few.

I may talk some more about my experiences in the future.... Ever have a dream that was so real you experienced your actual body being somewhere else?

It is OK...I've been dragged all over the room and yet woke up in bed.

It can be scary to start with....yes that's right to start with.

just a few points to note....

1 - you have just experienced an out of body experience called astral projection.

2- it is OK...you will get used to it

3 - If you wake all weak and shaky,drink plenty of water-this will ground you

4 - If you do not currently do any spiritual work....you may well do in the future....they are waking you up. I now see it as a wonderful experience.
