Higher Self

Every night as you visit other worlds and connect with your higher self we teach ourself.

Although we may not always remember or learn from it.

We drift from place to place,often meeting other spirits whom we know in the Earth world.

Have you ever had a dream,only to realise someone had had the exact same dream?

It is very powerful and very wonderful when you learn although it seemed to be a dream,you have both actually connected in the spirit world.

If you are like me....my spirit likes to drift off and explore more and more,

so as you wake if you feel weird and shakey....Please ground yourself!

Drink lots of water!Have a shower or a bath....or simply place your feet in a bowl of water
