Karma is the energy of the universe.

Call it if you will "your decision ".

This is where the law of attraction kicks in.

If you decide to be happy and already imagine yourself being happy,that is what you will attract.

If you start "backing " off from life and placing blocks in the flow of your own life...this too will manifest and at a much faster rate than the vibration of high energy.

It is possible through reiki and spiritual practices to delve deep into our own soul and "repair" our karma.

As we start this healing process not only are we dealing with past issues in our lives,we are removing the consequences from our future, as we no longer carry the issues around with us.

If you feel the huge weight lift, that is the karma(the energy) shifting.
