Developing daily energy routines which are personal to you allows you to resonate with the universal energies at a higher frequency.

Energy downloads can be felt throughout your energy system as your connection is stronger.The more work we put in... the greater the benefits.

First we must make time to develop our own unique ritual which speaks to our soul......then practice,practice,practice. There is no instant enlightenment.........this only comes with commitment and determination to shift the frequencies.

During this time you may feel sucked into lower vibrations.These vibrations are fragments of dense energy in your energy system which need to be cleansed away.They rise to the surface for us to feel them.....then this is when daily energy routines come into play....we must cleanse. If we do not practice these daily routines...we start re-living the old /dull energies.....they are fragments - let them go!

Once released and cleansed we start to feel the shift in vibration.How many times have you let something go and instantly felt lighter?

This allows our energy system to vibrate at a higher frequency.When this happens we start to attract more higher vibrations into our lives. This does not mean the energy routines must stop! Keep going!

Eventually this will become second nature......in the early stages we must make time and practice,practice,practice in order to feel the benefits.

We are inviting more love,compassion and gratitude into our lives.....as this happens(and over time) you may feel the heart expansion.
