Breath work


Breath work

A good way of cleansing from within is breath work. As we breathe in the higher purer energy deep into our hara/stomach the denser energies are pushed up for release.

On the out breath open your mouth wide and let the energy flood from the bottom of your stomach.

In yoga they teach sticking out your tongue while you do this and making a sound. Repeat this as many times as is needed to release the toxic build up.

This process also helps to release toxins from the body,mind,soul,spirit and past lives.

Shaman's use breath work to purge the energy away.This can be very deep and very cleansing.

Chanting can also be used alongside this process.

Find a way which helps you.

Experiment and practice as often as you can.

Listen to your inner guidance.
