Practice & brush up on techniques meditation & Reiju Dependant on your level of Reiki,Shoden,Okuden,Shinpiden, we will cover all aspects covered in those levels.

This is ideal if you have completed Okuden but level 1 was western Reiki,as we will cover the precepts,three diamonds,dry bathing and hatsurei ho.

On a one to one teaching we will cover self reiki,on a group setting we will cover pair work.
