Considered a gift Empathy is sometimes not seen that way.

Learning to cope with it and turning the negative into positive.

Reiki releases the negative energy and shines positive energy through your body and re-charges your aura.

The two work well together,why else do you think you can tell what's wrong with someone? Yes it's so you can send Reiki to them.

Helping others feel better and feeling better in yourself for helping.

One thing I would say tho...is not to give your energy out too freely.

You will know when you need to focus on your own energy.

I know what it is like to pick up others negativity,so if I can just help one person a day...It's a start
