​Keeping a Spiritual Development Journal. It is great to be able to record down all your experiences as you progress on your Spiritual Development. If you have not started one yet,that does not matter. You can start one at any time...at any stage along your path. As each day we continually learn and progress. Some things may not make sense to you at the time....they may very well make sense later along your development.....weeks...months....even years! If you do not understand them at the time.....you can write them down in note form....to be looked at,at a later date. Research into any meanings.....be they dreams...experiences....words...symbols! Yes! why not draw in your journal too.As It may make more sense at a later date.....so do not dismiss anything...no matter how small and insignificant something may seem at the time.....record the details down. They can be checked on later. Another reason we journal through our progression is to free the mind.Do not over think anything...simply feel it...see it...hear it....experience it.....and as we write in our journal it sets it free. Free....so we can take on more information.....to constantly learn,develop and expand.Also free so we can be mindful. Journal away!
