Spiritual Development.

Most people start any Spiritual development as they are drawn to certain books.It is this inner knowledge which directs us to start to unlock and explore the gifts inside us...... These gifts have been lost and buried over time.....and now is a magnificent time,as more and more people start to feel the urge to delve within.

This is not something which happens over night......and certainly has no magic key which can fast track anyone.

It is a journey...a wonderful journey of self discovery!

Spiritual self help books are a good way to explore,especially if they have energy exercises and meditation exercises in them.

Reiki aids any Spiritual development as the energy works for what you need at this moment in your life.

Once you start to learn Reiki for yourself - you enter a cocoon period of journeying within.At each stage anything which has been weighing you down and does not match your new vibration is released.....how long this takes to release is entirely up to the individual.....as no two paths are identical......it is also dependant on the time spent completing energy exercises.

This is your journey.....and your journey alone!

There are many outlets of support and guidance along the path...it is you who must chose which supports your life purpose and which is beneficial.

It is a magical journey...so embrace it,be sure to journal your experiences,even if they make no sense at the time of writing....they will later along your path.

I am not going to paint a rosy picture and say it is all full of positives.....as along the journey within you will face emotions which have been buried by yourself......these will need to be worked on and released in order to progress and move to the next stage....which is also why I say the time for any spiritual development depends on the individual.

Some phases will take longer to work on and release than others.....At times it can feel as if you are going round in circles getting nowhere......keep going!

You will start to notice when you have taken in more light.....this will inspire you to continue....and although the bad days may feel like shouting and screaming....the awesome days make it all worth while.

It is a fantastic world which as we start the journey our eyes/hearts and minds do not see........the more we open up to the magic and mystery.....the more we experience.

Then we start to come out of our cocoon.......that is when we are ready to inspire and uplift others along their path to self discovery.

The person who first enters the journey is not the same as the person who exits the journey.

Be your true self.
