I am sure we have all at one time or another experienced this type of draining of energy.

Many people are guilty of "taking" your energy.

They take without asking.

They see your lovely bright energy and are drawn to you.

They may talk,talk,talk or get too close to your personal space.

They go away feeling great and alive.

You however feel drained with no energy.

They may not be aware they are doing this to you.

This can happen even by going shopping or visiting any public place.

So if you are unable to avoid them totally,ground yourself....place boundaries....not forgetting the white layer of light around your aura to stop any negativity coming through to you.

If you feel this happening and know the Reiki symbols you can send the protection symbol.

You will probably notice they move back away from you.

If you are not Reiki attuned say in your mind..."I do not accept this energy,I am sending it back".you should see the same result.
