Karmic healing

Karmic healing There may be times when Karmic healing is required to shift the vibration. Maybe you have started to feel a pull to change your life for the better. Part of Spiritual progression is releasing anything which does not resonate with our true self.....along this process there may come a time to start deep past healing. In this process much fear based vibrations will be vibrating out of the root chakra. As this work is deep! you may experience extremes of heat and cold whilst working through the blocks. Spend time for you! work on allowing the energy to uplift the vibration. Be open and allow the universe to work. The depth of this healing can be very strong depending on your own past life experience. Also a note for karmic healing - As this healing/uplift in vibration can be time consuming and deep,there is also a chance this could be healing past lifetimes karma too! Once you embrace this healing/shift the healing will become thicker and faster. At times it can also literally feel like you are birthing a new you as the old vibrations are removed.
