I wanted to discuss this next topic in the hope it will reach someone who is going through this right now or has had this happen to them and as yet - do not understand why.
Have you ever had the feeling of being thrown around the room in your dream state....only to awake and you have not moved...you are still in bed?
This happened to me for many many years.
It is a soul awakening.I ignored it for years only for it to return over and over again.I would lie in bed and know it was going to happen.
It can be very scary if this has never happened before.
As the soul leaves the body-you can wake feeling very weird and shaky.Please do not see it as a bad thing which is happening (I always saw it as dark!)- for it is not!
If you are not living to your souls purpose,chances are this will happen to you.
The ego may well try and fight it(as did mine) ....
