These are closely guarded and only the pure in heart can enter. The past and future of any events can be viewed here..

If we look at the parallel universes,we can see why there is a need to lift our vibration to other frequencies to access these records.

As with anything there are rules to be obeyed here...otherwise you will be booted out.

You are not allowed to just snoop around at anyone's records.you must have their permission.

If it is for their own benefit - then messages are passed on,so you can feed the information to that person.
