Gratitude Lists


Gratitude Lists Saying Thankyou for everything experienced in life is very powerful. Try making a list of 10 things you are grateful for and repeat them 3 times. This can be in your mind or out loud. Saying Thankyou out loud has more impact,although the intention and feeling of Gratitude is most important when creating Gratitude lists. Say Thankyou as many times as you can throughout the day. When you wake in the morning say thankyou,why not create Morning Gratitude Affirmations. Before you go to bed say Thankyou...again try creating Evening Gratitude Affirmations. If you have never tried this before,you will realise after a few days and certainly over a number of weeks how powerful and uplifting these exercises are. You will notice changes in your life and wonder why you have never done this before. Thankyou Universe!
