See-saw Guided meditation.

Sit and relax,your feet placed on the floor.Hands can be placed at the side of your body,on the table or in prayer position.Whatever is most comfortable for you.Listen to your breathing and relax.Release any stress...let it go….you start in a forest….set the scene and off you go.

In Front of you you notice a long winding path.

Journey down the path which takes you through the countryside.

Along this path you come across a seesaw.

As you approach the seesaw you see one side of it is weighed down by everything you have collected over the years...some of this has become part of you.As it weighs the seesaw down, it also weighs your own energy down.

You sit in the middle of the seesaw and feel the heaviness to the side of you.

Look to the other end of the seesaw which is in the air….notice how lights it feels compared to the other side.Even tho it is light,it can not be moved due to the weight at the other side.

On one side of the seesaw you see the future you.

To the other side you see the past you.

You notice one of these aspects of yourself are weighed down,whilst you in the now feels full of love.

Send love to your future self.

Send love to your past self.

As you do this you notice all the weight starts to float away and the seesaw slightly moves.

As more and more love is sent from your today self,more weight releases…..until the seesaw is level.

You now have balance between past you,future you and today you.

Feel how good and light this balance feels.

Your past you is filled with love

Your future you is filled with love

Your present self is filled with love.

You notice,now you have found balance on the seesaw,your feet can now touch the ground.

As your feet touch the ground,feel the grass between your toes.

The souls of your feet start to sink into the ground.You feel secure...grounded and secure….still vibrating love.

You started this journey burdened and now are free and completely in the present moment.

Notice how this feels.

Your feet are light,yet grounded as you leave the seesaw.

You start to walk back along the winding path coming back to where you started.

As you do this your awareness is vibrant.

You notice things you didn’t see on the way to the seesaw.

The birds flying above,the bright colours of the grass,the fluffy clouds and the warmth of the sun.

You continue along the path until you see yourself sat in meditation.

When you are ready - bring yourself back into the room.
