Sit in a comfortable position with feet placed flat on the floor,arms relaxed and focus on your breath. In with the positive...out with the negative.

You drift away from all the everyday stress and find yourself in a beautiful pure white room.

The room is filled with pure white energy….the walls sparkle pure white energy…..the floor sparkles pure white energy…..You look to see crystal white pillars in this room.

Everything is peaceful and pure as you go to sit in the middle of this room.

You sit for a while taking in the pure energy…..and all stresses drift away to be transformed into pure white energy.

As you sit in this energy,you notice the younger you sat beside you.Your younger you wants you to play…...sit….and for a while play games with your younger self.

Your younger self now has to go…..they thank you for playing and ask that you do it again sometime…..You wave goodbye and thank your younger self for the inspiration…..At this point your younger self gives you some words of wisdom…...Embrace them,they are for you.

Let this energy sink into your being….and sit for a while longer in this pure white room.

In here there is no anger...no worries...no stress…..This place you have created can be accessed at anytime you wish….you may want to add cushions….flowers…..animals…..This is your room to develop and play with whenever you feel the need.

You thank the room and say you will be back soon….as you do this you feel yourself coming back to the room you began in…..you feel your feet on the floor…..you feel your arms relaxed…...you start to notice the calm rhythm of your breath.

When you are ready and in your own time…..you can open your eyes. Sit for a while before standing and drink a glass of water.
