Shower Meditation

Shower Meditation This can be used as a visualisation meditation during a shower. As you start your shower ask the water to wash away all lower vibrations and negativity from your body,mind,soul,spirit,aura and life. Let the water wash over all parts of your body. Now you have completed the cleanse.... Visualise the water cleansing any debris out of your crown chakra and washing away down the drain to be transformed into the highest vibration of love,compassion,gratitude and joy. Once the crown chakra is cleansed and sparkling allow the chakra to start rotating and move onto the third eye chakra.... Visualise the water cleansing any debris out of your third eye chakra and washing it down the drain to be transformed into the highest vibration of love,compassion,gratitude and joy. Once the third eye chakra is cleansed and sparkling allow the chakra to start rotating and move onto the throat chakra... Visualise the water cleansing any debris out of your throat chakra and washing it down the drain to be transformed into the highest vibration of love,compassion,gratitude and joy. Once the throat chakra is cleansed and sparkling allow the chakra to start rotating and move onto the heart chakra... Visualise the water cleansing any debris out of your heart chakra and washing it down the drain to be transformed into the highest vibration of love,compassion,gratitude and joy. Once the heart chakra is cleansed and sparkling allow the chakra to start rotating and move onto the solar plexus chakra... Visualise the water cleansing any debris out of your solar plexus chakra and washing it down the drain to be transformed into the highest vibration of love,compassion,gratitude and joy. Once the solar plexus chakra is cleansed and sparkling allow the chakra to start rotating and move onto the sacral chakra... Visualise the water cleansing any debris out of your sacral chakra and washing it down the drain to be transformed into the highest vibration of love,compassion,gratitude and joy. Once the sacral chakra is cleansed and sparkling allow the chakra to start rotating and move onto the root chakra... Visualise the water cleansing any debris out of your root chakra and washing it down the drain to be transformed into the highest vibration of love,compassion,gratitude and joy. Once the root chakra is cleansed and sparkling allow the chakra to start rotating. Your Chakras are now spinning and in alignment. Thank the water for cleansing your mind,body,soul,spirit,aura and life. This can be completed every time you shower or whenever your energy feels slow/clogged/lethargic.
