Meditation. A process to aid the mind.The mind being the most important part of our being.This is where thoughts are created.....manifested and brought into being. By relaxing the mind this acts as a sieve for the information which comes towards us.Allowing us to process that which is relevant and that which is not.Allowing us to just be. That which is not relevant is dismissed and sent away to be transformed into a higher vibration.Allowing us to process thoughts that best serve our soul....that best serve our life purpose. As our mind clears,our vibration is lifted and calmed again. Leaving our minds cleansed - with more room to be healthy,focused and centred.
