As we sit in Meditation we learn to not become attached to our thoughts or anything which may rise in our mind. We let them pass through and remain in a state of calm. Acknowledge yet stay unattached.
By becoming Mindful our awareness opens and expands. We live for the moment.
By practising this as often as is required for our own journey,we also find we are able to achieve more in a short space of time.
Our minds become more focused. We stay in our own energy. Feel and act more positive.
